well yes, ford broke the overdrive button, but I didn't pay them for the time I was there (labor). One of their guys was going on lunch break and he took time out to help me, so I felt bad. Plus, in the end, I ended up paying only $3 and got a much cleaner look with the overdrive switch mounted next to the traction switch, instead of on a relocation bracket on the shifter. My boot will be shipping Friday and should have it maybe by the end of next week.

New question...I received my shifter boot and ebrake boot, but I have NO idea how to attach my ebrake boot. The company says remove the stock rubber dust guard and glue the ebrake boot into place. I bought automotive GOOP but it won't stick! It just dries up and peels off of the leather. Plus its a pain in the butt to maneuver the thick leather in there. Anyone have any suggestions on how to fasten the ebrake boot? I might look for some special leather glue or something or worse case scenario, maybe drill a few nuts and bolts through the center console to hold the boot in place.
