Need some opinions

I am getting the VT forged short block put in soon. It is built with 19 cc pistons to lower the compression a bit. Should i up the boost with my KB from 9 psi to about 15? Also should i put in blower cams while it is in the shop... Will that be reliable or should i stay with 9 psi with cams? Or just 15psi and call it good? Just curious if i should do cams now while they are there otherwise ill never do it.

And if i do that stuff will the tranny hold up?

since you're going with the forged internals, i would probably up the boost and i would put in the blower cams since it's ripped apart anyway. better to do it now than to do it once the motr's installed.

The blower cams will benefit you greatly! And if you have forged internals I would up the boost!
