70 if you plan to stay n/a man.

75 if you want to boost it.

From what I have heard & read, on a mildly modded car, they say to go with the 70mm, because you don't have the power to really take avantage of the 75mm, but if you plan on doing big things, then I don't think it would hurt to buy the 75mm now, that way you don't have to buy it later.

Most people go with accufab. As far as which ones better, I don't know.

Dude definetly go with an aviator throttle body which is a direct bolton and is a 70mm from the factory. Can't beat a price of $88 or so.

But is this 400$ bolt on worth the 7-9 hp?

You could do cams for 500$ and gain 30.......

You ahve to factor the price of the cam install in there as well...It would be close to $1K (that includes cost of cams) if you dont do it yourself...And its not an easy install...

Hit up Jerry at plenum1@sbcglobal.net he has real good prices on ported and polished TBs and plenums. I got a P&P MAC 70mm and a P&P ford plenum for $187 shipped from him.

His tb/plenum combos are dyno proven to make about the same power as accufab.

70mm accufab for sure.
even if you're boosting, 70mm is plenty... Kenne Bell actually recommends the 70mm for their 6-9psi kit.
on its own, the tb/plenum upgrade will not help you that much, but when you put other new components on such as CAI, exhaust, cams etc... you will be able to make use of the bigger tb, and over all in a combination of things will give you awesome results. def worth it imo.

Thats weird. Ive had my BBK 75mm tb/plenum on for about 2 months now and never had a problem with it sticking or anything.

What remedy did you do though, I may do it before something happens.
