check engine light


what does the DTCs codes P0102 and P0113 mean? Keep in mind that they came on after i add a supercharger if that helps or even matters.

They both have to do with the MAF and IAT sensor circuits. Did you unplug them with the key on ? If it runs ok clear codes and retest

p0102 is something wrong with your MAF and p0113 has something to do with your aic(don't quote me on the second one)

err what casper said... iat not aic.

yes its running fine and i cleared the codes and they are still coming back up?
Can you not use you stock MAF with a supercharger?

I'm not sure.

From what I have been told and from what I have read up on you should change out the MAF for a bigger one when you s/c.

try borrowing a bigger one and putting it on. if your codes go away that's probably your problem

No because you ahve a 2002 right?

the IAT sensor is integrated into the MAF...Thus you are throwing the codes...

You should be running at least a lightning MAF and a 03 lightning IAT sensor...The gray and grad/red stripe wire are for your IAT...

By your name I take it you are running a procharger? More info is needed to fix this for ya...

yes 2002 gt procharged 10psi intercooled. What is a IAT sensor?

IAT - Intake Air Temp Sensor...

Did procharger not send you antoher MAF? They usually do...

Just give us as much info about the kit that is on your car as you can...

Did you buy the kit used?

I have a MAF out of a Vortech set-up and the IAT was not integrated into the MAF. I had to cut the wires and solder a plug on to go to the IAT.

I got the kit new on the web site www.rpmoutlet.com. It came with supercharger and intercooler, 44bl injectors, sparkplugs, sct programmer with custom tune, and GT40 fuel pump.

well question? Could the custom tune that they installed in the programmer be screwed up or wrong? and if so maybe that is why my engine light is on.

Well ok what do i need to get? A lightning one or something different? Also what about this intake air temp sensor? Where is that located on the car and do i need to get one of those?

Your IAT is an integral part of your MAF sensor. You will need to contact your tuner and get his advice on what MAF to go with.

Not necassarily. You will have to check the year model application if I am not mistaken. Also, a 90mm MAF is not going to be matched to your injectors, which will be a tuning nightmare if you can't find a competent tuner.
