Backfiring
I recently bought that ebay IAC restrictor and installed it. works great, ecu still figuring out how to adjust the idle. my problem is that now, the car backfires everytime i upshift. loud. i'm running a dr. gas o/r x-pipe, and i'm pretty sure that's got at least something to do with it, since there's more unburnt fuel in the exhaust. but i'm wondering why it wasn't doing it before. is it because of the restrictor, or could it be something else? not throwing any codes, either.
