Just pick up a set of 60lb injectors, they should get the job done for you with both power goals. For the pump, you have a few choices but if all you want is 450 to 475 I would just get an svt focus pump (95 bucks brand new) and a BAP, you should be just fine with that. Other good options are to do an 03/04 Cobra twin pump and tank swap OR a GT supercar pump and modified FPDM.
But if you're trying to save some bucks and all you want is around 380-390 (before the block), get the SVT Focus Fuel Pump and some 60 lb injectors, and then when you shoot for 500 WHP (of course with a forged bottom like you said in the future) then pick up a BAP and you should be all set. This is also probably the cheapest solution lol but it will work well.

Cheapest bang for the buck.
03/04 Drop in Knock out your baffle, use your tank. Good to 450+rwhp. Add a BAP later, ive done over 650rwhp on this. No wiring upgrades, no FPDM upgrades. Just pumps and BAP.
