Heads
Hey guys whats up. I'm looking for a set of heads to fit on my stock block, 02 gt. Was wondering if the 04 f-150 5.4 heads or the cobra heads would be a direct fit, found a few for sale and was needing some help.

Cobra no, 5.4 2V yes...... but why? There is no difference in the 5.4 head...... There are Non-PI and PI 2V and thats it. If you're looking for a performance gain your traveling in the wrong direction.

PI heads suck. Ported PI heads suck. Trick flow heads suck.... Ok they are all better than stock but if you look at the port velocity and flow rate of even trick flow heads and compare it to good (afr, trick flow R's) sbf heads on the market. Its pathetic. Stock heads and boost FTW until you want over 500rwhp

But to answer your question. Any 99-04 4.6/5.4 non cobra head will work. I would suggest 2004 heads if you can find them. They have the revised spark plug hole that is FULLY threaded. Thats a major improvement.

You better stop before Shaun buyes one of those to install in his vortech air inlet. Twice the boost and less heat!
