LOL toss that bypass in the trash and get a real one.... Those are pretty good for 8lbs or so but after 10lbs you need to step up. Surprised you dont have any compressor surge.

You should be good with that belt. 106.5-107 for that small of a pulley. The guy I bought my 3.12 from, which will be going on with the intercooler, was using a 107" Dayco belt.

This pisses me off reading this stuff. I cant run smaller then 108" without either wearing my tensioner out fast, or tearing a rib off my belt.

Ya that bypass isn't much better than the stock Bosch one. It jus has a metal casing instead of plastic. I think Forge makes it. You shouldn't really hear that bypass becauase your recirculating the air. For 12psi + you should step up to a Vortech Mini Race/Maxflow or the Vortech Mondo if you'll want more boost in the future.

Looks like for now 12 PSI is my max boost, now that I just bought an intercooler it will go down even more.

That would be 458/432 through a manual transmission. I don't know but that sounds pretty good for 12 psi.

Sounds "okay" Idk, Bullitt5566 made 515rwhp with a V2, MHS stage 1 cams, and longtubes, and 11psi. Stock heads, stock bottom end.

Not really for having blower cams and an Edelbrock intake. There are three guys by me putting down 440-470rwhp on stock shorblocks with cams and 9-10psi intercooled through manuals.

Maybe the motor just needs some more break in time. What kind of cams did you go with?

You have a stroked 4.75L motor. What compression ratio did you get?

Procharger intakes may flow a little better but they suck hot air under the hood (not good). I didnt read what kind of maf your running but an HPX would work awesome (I run one in a very strange setup) and then just make your own power pipe. Should cost you about 75 bucks. You wont need any fittings on it if your blow through.
restriction in the heads, cams, exhaust would cause a higher boost reading as the air is not going through the engine as efficient.

I believe he went with MPH. Usually you see 65-80rwhp gains with these.

I dont buy the restriction in the heads yet at my power level maybe if I was at 500 Plus I could see it, but not at stock power levels.
