Best time for tune???

I will be returning from Afghanistan in DEC, and was just wondering if it is a good idea to get a tune during this time frame??? I live in KY, so it will be cold as S#$t, I plan on moving to Florida sometime and was wondering if a winter tune will be a problem in a Flordia summer????

What do you have done to your car? Why do you think you need a tune?

If the tuner is good and its done right it wont matter. Your car will put down some impressive numbers in the cold though which is always fun.

Well if you're doing all of that you will definately need a tune before you drive to Florida. The car isn't going to run right at all until you get that done. As Nightmare said, if they tuner is good, it won't make a bit of difference when you get the tune done. That's what the computer is there for, to compensate for different atmospheric conditions.

My car is done and running, KB sends a chip with the 2.1 that has been good for the last 2 years of me driving on it, yes I know I need a real tune, I will be installing the intake, TB and new pulley at the tune.
