I got mine installed in the dash. cant seem to get to the hvac bulbs in my 2000 gt. i get stereo out, piece below that. the 2 screws out but around where the stereo was on the sides i cant get the trim piece out. any suggestions guys?

you need to unscrew ur shifter knob, pop off the shifter bezel from the center console and there will be 2 more bolts at the base of the radio bezel. there is also 2 bolts under the radio and above the pocket but i think thats wat u were sayin that u took out already.

thanks I appreciate this info will try and get it done tomorrow.

I also switched my turn signals and traction control lights to Blue LED
all the yellow one's i switched with white led's. they're still yellow due to the film but a nice led yellow. would also like to switch the defrost button and traction control button to blue. just need to get them unhooked also

Hey guys, just came across this and want to swap some white LEDs into my '99 cluster. I have the bulbs picked out, and I saw a picture on superbrightleds.com of a mustang gauge cluster and its REALLY bright, it may even be the OP who posted it. Just wondering before I order...can you still dim the cluster with the headlight knob when using LEDs?
