Depends upon your suspension (how lowered your car is). Personally if your going for looks i'd say 18's.

Your goal isn't very clear. If you're wanting tire width it would be a 10.5x17 wheel. You can run a 315/35-17 tire on it. If you're wanting tire height as in 28" slicks you would want a 15" wheel.

Depends on the backspacing of the wheel and if your axle is actually aligned. It's really common in these cars that you'll have different amounts of space under each side from the axle being out-of-center with the body.

Also depends on what you're willing to do to the car - you can fit more tire if you scrap the quad shocks and massage the fenderwell with a hammer.

You're just gonna have to test fit some stuff, man.

I'm running 9x17s on the front with 245/45-17 all seasons. I'm currently running 9x17s on the back with 275/40-17 all seasons. In the summer I run 10.5x17 on the back with 315/35-17 DRs. I have run 275/40-17s on the front and may go back to that with my next set of tires so that I can rotate them. I ran this combination on a completely stock suspension but you have to buy the wheels with the correct backspacing for our cars.
