I'd do 12 psi on a p1sc so a 3.2 pulley depending on intercooler

I wouldn't start with a 3.2" pulley. There are a lot of variables but that would probably put you at 14 psi and around 430 rwhp. To run that much power safely on a stock block you need to have cams, exhaust and a good tune and with those you wouldn't need a 3.2" pulley.
