2003 mach 1 dash harness compatible? v8 swap

hi guys im stuck with my 2001 cobra swap in my 2000 v6 mustang.
i have everything done from motor, tranny , rear end 8.8, engine harness , cobra computer , 01 and 03 guage cluster .

when i go to get it programmed it says pcm not found so i been told dash harness might have to change since it changed in 01 .

so Is the dash wiring harness out of a Mach 1 compatible with an 01 cobra? I'm talking the whole thing.

i cant think of anything else . any help would be great thx guys

Should be the same...... just a guess though.

ford dealer and tousleys said diff part number , but one connecter could change that right ?

The only thing that I can see different is a wire for a boost signal in the Cobra harness. Everything else should be the same and easily changed by adjusting the pin outs.
