Trading Catbacks

Someone is interested in trading their SSScatback for my magna flow catback.. I've never heard of SSS but want something louder, but not LM1 loud. Are SSS any good?

I've heard good things about them.

We have the SSS Adrenaline setup on our Mach1 and absolutely love it. The muffler design and the sound are almost identical to the Borla Stingers. SSS also makes a louder version they call the Terminator. I have no personal experience with that one but I'd expect it to be a bit louder. You might ask the other person if they know which model they have.

How loud at idle. I work weekends and won't be a favourite at 5am

The adrenalines with a Magnaflow catted x we had was not bad at idle at all. It really opens up when you get on it though. Can't speak to the terminators so you should still see if you can find out which model the guy has.

Here's a couple videos my son made back when we had that setup. Keep in mind this is on a Mach and I'm told the GTs sound a little different but it should give you an idea.

That was a Magnaflow Catted X. We also ran it with an MRT Catted H.

And the current setup is with BBK long tubes and a shorty catted H. My favorite by far.
