Well here is a video of my cams without the vacuum leak

But also..I haven't been driving it because it needs tuned like you guys said but the first day I was driving it and got on it a little and it started to misfire but I forgot to say that, is that typically normal? lol

sounds nasty (cool), but what rpm is that at? sounds like its partially because it's idling too slow IMO. I have blower cams (and a blower) and my idle speed is close to 1,000 rpm so I don/t get any of the loping sound. Bet if I lowered it to 650rpm it'd sound more like yours. If I lowered my idle and then when the A/C kicks in during summer it'd probably stall. As it is it drops to around 800rpm temporarily then pulls back up to 1000.

Love it. Been contemplating on putting cams in mine being as its got 140k miles with being sprayed prolly 20-30 times in the past. No issues at all right now and still running strong. I got plans on procharging it one day but I think ima go ahead and do some cams and track heat intake for now. Yours sounds pretty good man.

Why thank you sir! The cams in these cars is super easy, I bought these cams on clearance and it might have taken me 2 hours to install them myself, I mean im only 19 have been working on cars for a while. Its just simple and the cams were cheap. I already had plans as well to get the track heat intake, everyone said it isn't worth it but cams intake and Longtubes I think would be sweet and everyone I know of that got an intake loved it

Im not dead set on the track heat 100%,when I get all my money together and get ready to do it ill Di some more comparisons and shopping before I buy. When I bought my car from my friend he had a Logan motorsports big sheet metal intake in it. We all told him he was waisting his money because the heads and bottom end was stock and wouldn't benefit from that one but he wouldnt listen. Spent all that money then got disgusted and broke and couldn't get a tune for it to even get him back to running decent. Thats how I ended up with the car. Bought it fairly cheap to let him have the intake back and I put a factory p.I. intake back on it and its back to running like a champ. Last time I talked to him he was still stuck with $2000 worth of intake and huge accufab tb that he hasn't been able to sell yet.

Yeah my car ran like complete dog shit after I put the cams in which is why I was asking the questions but I just retuned it with my tuner and it runs so good now, still need a real tune but it runs very smooth now, the track heat manifolds are a little pricy but they are kinda like the bullets which is nice
