Trouble Codes Questions...!!!

I was driving my car today and decided to get on it a bit (went WOT in 2nd and shifted to third - thats pretty much it) and about 5 minutes later i realized my SES light was on. I continued my drive for about another 30 min and shut the car off and used my tuner to read the codes. I have 2 codes that pop up: (1) P1000 - "OBD systems readiness test not complete" (2) P0442 - "Evaporative emission system leak detected (small leak) 0.040"."

Question 1: Are either of these codes serious (what do they actually mean)?
Question 2: If not, should i just block them both?
Question 3: If I do block them, is it possible for the codes to come back and cause my SES light to come back on? (I wouldnt want to block them and the codes not come back if there was something REALLY wrong)
Question 4: If they continue to come back, what should I do? (take it to a shop and let them look at it?)

I read that the P1000 code means that your computer may have been tampered with (which it has obviously, i have a 93 octane tune loaded), and that it should just clear itself eventually. Also read that the P0442 code means that there is a leak somewhere in the evaporation line, possibly the fuel cap. But why would a fuel cap all of a sudden go bad??? doesnt make too much sense to me. Just to let you know i dont have any access to a smoker so i couldnt go that route to find the leak. And i havent noticed any kind of gas smell or excessive dripping coming from outside the car.

Also, after i initially checked the codes, i drove about another hour and a half (~90mi.) and the SES light stayed on...

The p1000 will not go away untill u fix po442, ur gonna have to follow ur evap lines from canister to gas tank (very easy not a large system on these cars) and ur gonna look for any dry rotted/cracked/damaged hose or maybe a hose that just pooped off, replace it and ur light will go off

If u can't find it with a naked eye they sell a uv leak detector kit at autozone for like 20 bucks

It is in the right rear wheel well, if get under car u can see it easily

No problem, maybe its loose and when u punch it it pulled on something
