Need suggestions
I have a bbk o/r x pipe and slp loudmouth catback exhaust on my 2000 mustang gt what kind of catalyic converters should I get to create back pressure and to pass inspection and emissions in Pennsylvania?

When I had my 96' GT, I welded in some Magnaflow Hi-Flow cats to pass emissions. Worked like a charm and didn't quiet the exhaust up too much.
