Slight vibration while idling - not sure what it is?

So since I can remember on this car, I've had this slight vibration at idle. I've noticed when I first start the car and come to a full stop or red light, the RPMS stay right at 1000k; however, when I start driving a bit and get the motor warm at a stop light the RPMS drop to normal 600-700 at idle. At the higher RPM the car idles fine, but when it idles at 600-700 rpm the car shakes a bit. The rpms stay dead constant, but there's this vibration or shake. What could be causing this, and what tests should I run? I've tried

-New IAC
-Replace back stock intake
-New upper intake (old was plastic and cracked at thermostat)
-New plugs
-Checked for vacuum leaks
-New COPS

I had that problem and it was my headers rubbing on the floor pan. Anything between the motor and chassis could cause some vibration. Have you checked the motor mounts?

It's not a vibration on just the floor pan but a vibration of the whole car. It's like a side to side sway type vibration that can really be felt in the shifter. How exactly do I know if the engine mounts are bad?

Oh you said you can feel it in the shifter so it couldn't be solid motor mounts but it could be bad mounts
