no if your looking for drag setup i would go with a set of 90/10's for the front and 50/50's for the back. it would be better to get ajustible shocks and struts so you can dial it in at the track and be able to increase the rate for the street. as for the spring rate for a gt 175x12 is a good size front, but personaly i would just keep the stock springs front and back to save money

i would not go lakewoods with upr coil overs. If anything go with the set made for the strange shocks. The lakewoods are not built strong enough for the added load and will break the lower mounting eyelet off.

1994-2002 Ford Mustang Strange 10 Way Adjustable Shock S6004LM - UPR Products

^^even this one only says its up to 02'

1994-2004 Ford Mustang Strange 10 Way Adjustable Strut S6005LM - UPR Products

So you think it would be easier just to get these 2?
and i could just use these with the K-member?

The springs on the car right now are very low, not sure on the company but they are red and the car is real low

The suspensions are the same from 99-04. so dont worry that it only says till 02. i would definitely go that route over the lakewood route.

Ok that makes more sense because i can adjust it for the track and normal driving aswell...what spring rate should i get since the front coilovers come with the K-member? and i could use the Strange stuff with it right?
