widening replica saleen wheels

whatsup guys, i love 18inch chrome saleens just as much as i love my 17x10.5 with 315s... soo i thought why not combine the best of both worlds... 315s on 18s!!! anyone know who or why kind of business will widen wheels? i assume this job would be out of the league of the powdercoating place i go to.. is this even practical.. lol id want to go 11 in the rear

It would be cheaper to buy 2 new replica wheels that are 10" wide vs having someone widen them for you.

I have widened wheels and what you propose is not the best way to go

I purchased two sets of aftermarket 18"x9" & 10.5" Saleen replicas and had 6 of them widened. The issue is two-fold, so cost and off-set are going to be the hurdles. Unless you run a spacer out back, you would not be able to go this wide. I don't recommend spacers unless you replace the studs to longer ones to do it the best way.

Weldcraft Wheels is the ONLY place I would have such work done and is $225 per wheel and does not cover shipping to/from their shoppe.

I recommend you 89999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999 999999999999999/////////////////3eeeewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww (my kitten just walked on my keyboard.... can you tell?)

... recommend you find a set of wheels already this dimention and puchase them and good to go

Jazzer & Ash.... postin' fools

number1... my rears are 11", while my fronts are 10" wide*. The off-set of wheels is the biggie here, because when a wheel is widened it ONLY gets additional back-space.

Jazzer

*don't try THIS at home
