Sidenote: I ran into a friend of the previous owner of the car at the bar last night. He asked how it was, and when he saw pictures of the Cobra motor his jaw just about hit the floor. Totally made the swap worth it.

Before you drop that motor in I would swap the rod bolts to arp 2000 bolts

yeah but for 3,499 i couldnt beat the price, and then once i forge the internals its a bolt on swap for the tvs2300

im not going to dog you cause it is a nice setup but 3500 is alot of money to look to upgrading the blower later. i know my whipple 2.9L was expensive considering all it came with was the sc and mounting plate but buying a second blower down the road sounds like it would have cost about the same as buying it the first time, maybe even cheaper.
