Now is a good time to switch over to a T56 since the whole trans is gone. That's what my plan is when mine takes a dump.

As a fellow '02 tr3650 owner, how many miles were on it?

I hear good things about promotion here in FL.

Effff a T56. Gear ratios suck in my opinion, I've had one. ProMotioin does sell some good shit, but unless you're gonna be doing clutch dumps on sticky tires and trying to tear your trans up I'd go with a good used unit from a junkyard like MPS Auto Salvage in Statham, Ga. They guarantee what they sell you so you won't have to worry about it not working. MPS can also provide anyother parts you need like a clutch kit.

Yes. Dont get a T56 unless you plan on getting some steep steep gears and or some low end TQ/boost.

keep the 3650, rebuild it.

The T45 Source - Proven, reliable T45 Transmissions

Talk to Zak, tell him I sent ya. He will hook you up with what you need. Im running his trans in my Big Bore 32v carb'd motor spinning it to 8000rpm and it was doing good till I busted a shift plate. He took care of me and fixed the trans on his dime and it getting it back to me asap. Great guy. Prob the BEST in the market for the T45/3650...
