saleen wing

might being getting a saleen wing 281 not the 3 piece anyway any negative feed back/info i should no before getting one?

Just bought one last week for my 04 gt. I think it looks absolutely amazing and totally flows with the car, the only negative thing I have to say is that it's only held on by 2 bolts, one on each side. You'll need to use 3m tape or something of that sort to hold the front down.

I had one with 4 bolts also. Still used double sided tape to hold it down though. PITA installing it and having it centered, so have a shop do it.

Why would you do that!? A tuner is worth way more than a spoiler dude, plus if you ever have any plans on tuning in the future your gonna need it.

It's the x3. Doesn't have pre loaded maps on it. Got it for free from friends wrecked mustang. And sct unlocked it for free too.

Since it doesn't have maps I'm bone stock so no need for a dyno tune to load onto sct

How did they unlock it for free?? I have one locked and they said they charge me $150 to unlock it!

Since the car was a total loss they will unlock it for free. Just have to call and get an RA# and send a copy of the insurance paper work proving it was totaled out.

Oh well what if the car came from a gt but it wasn't totaled just the owner just forgot to unload the tune!

i like it, but i keep thinking its going to look kinda odd without a saleen bumper since the spoiler sticks out so far and the bumper on the mach/gt/etc are shorter than a saleen bumper
