Dare I say... VICTORY!!

Woohoo... procharger issues resolved!!

Had to cut the spacer with a dremel to make everything line up right, but I'm just glad the belt is no longer rubbing!

Was it the offset spacer that fixed your problem? Also make sure the pulleys are lined up. I was shredding belts when mine were misaligned.

Yea, so the offset spacer was the issue, we were just running it straight out the alternator hole with a spacer on it.

Once we put the offset spacer on, then the previous spacer was too long and made the main bracket stick out off the motor, so we had to grind it down, which brought it back in, and got the pulleys all lined up.

yea, I think procharger could've done a better job with their design for that part of the install. I'm really glad I switched to a 3 bolt setup where the idler pulley/procharger mounting location is the actual alternator hole. It also did away with the allen head screws
