how you figure? you can get to 400whp with a s/c for under 3grand total. that's the supercharger, fuel upgrades, and tuning.

the 324 rwhp is what the tunner got out of my car i think thats pretty good its about 100 rwhp over stock. 8.8 pounds of boost is out of the stock 9 pound pulley that comes with the kit. once i go intercooler and stage two heads and cams then i will up the boost.

Depends on the blower trim. A non-intercooled V1 S will genearlly gain around 10rwhp per lb of boost. Mine gained 90rwhp at 9psi. A V2SQ or V1/V3 Si will gain more.

What kind of maintenance do you take in to consideration when saying mainenance goes a long way when talking about a 200+k motor? IE:Oil change frequency etc?

We have a huge Vortech following on this forum but, as they all know, I really like ProCharger. It is more expensive because it comes as a complete kit. You don't have to piece together anything. And, the ProCharger 3-core intercooler, while expensive, is one of the best on the market. Vortechs are good. People usually buy the cheap non-intercooled kits and then upgrade later. You need to be smart about upgrading parts. Some people have had considerable problems with pulleys, BOVs, belt slippages and changing from the Vortech draw through system to a blow through system. But, I only learned this from their posts. I've never run a Vortech. The guys that know what they are doing can guide you to the proper upgrades the first time.
I have 76,000 miles on my ProCharger. I had a problem at 65,000 miles and they fixed it under their 3-year warranty. They have great customer service and tech support. To be fair, the Vortech drivers report that they also have really good customer support.

that and without lets say 15% loss through the drive line that puts you at 372 crank hp. not as bad as it seems.
