Dont go doing higher compression to make power now. Deal with the regular power so it can shine with blower later on

efficientcey is power. the more efficent a head unit is the more power it makes per power driven to make the power. for example a s trim head unit over spun to make 20# lets say low 600's since that is what jive makes with it. on the same 20# threw a v7 ysi trim the cfm is drasticaly increased so it packs more per pound vs the small s trim. there for 20# threw a ysi trim would typicaly make mid to high 600's. it can be seen with just about any type of supercharger out there. take cobras, in the past the common blower was a whipple 2.3L which pushes 1400 cfm, most people pulley it to about the max making 18# of boost and make 550-600 rwhp. now the small blower will peak tq early cause it is pushing max rpm and cfm earlier than the larger blower like my 2.9L which is a 17500 cfm supercharger, but the tq drop off does not happen as early and i gain about 50-60 hp over the over spun 2.3L
