running rich
after i put on catback and x pipe. i seem to be running rich. i have not gotten a tune for it. would this help alot ?
and would i see major gains ? moneywise right now i cant afford a tuner. but would it maybe be possible to get it done cheaper and a tuning place ? any recommendations in the area of 32958 ( sebastian ) 73miles from moroso and 70miles from orlando speedworld. on the east coast

do you know for sure its running rich(through a wideband or air fuel gauge?) or does it just smell worse? also is it an offroad x or catted x?
not questioning your knowledge by any means, but if its an offroad x its gonna smell like gas fumes a lot worse than catted exhaust i have not heard of anyone having to get a tune just for these mods, but i suppose anything is possible!

Man, I wouldn't worry about it. However, if you want to know for sure, pull your plugs and examine them. You are probably just noticing the gas smell more at idle now that you don't have cats. Occasionally, mine dribbles a small amount of fuel when it's cold- It has had no effect on performance or driveability.

With that clutch, you need some tires. That clutch will provide almost no slip with your near tock set-up, and all that power getting dumped on street tires (if that is what you are on?) will break them loose for sure. However, if you can hook, you should get in the 13's with half decent driving.
Where is Moroso?
