Exhaust Question

So currently I have a Stock H pipe and straight pipe catback. It sounds very good but I know the stock h is very restrictive. I was wondering If an aftermarket catted H or X pipe will provide much gain or loudness? I dont mind if its any louder as long as it still sounds good. Thanks

Depending on your other mods u might not feel much of a difference but will more than likely get louder

x pipes give you more hp than h pipes but have more rasp. Look up exhausts on youtube and see what you like

Im not getting an offroad midpipe. That would be ridiculously loud. I want a catted x or h so I can keep my current catback(Straight, no muffler). Currently I have a CAI, the catback, Exedy clutch, and soon gears and a tune.

I don't think a straight muffler sounds that good. To raspy. You need muffler and or mid pipe to make a mustang sound really good.

Get an o/r prochamber? Its like another muffler in the middle and is a cross between an x and h.

Its not raspy at all. Its nice and deep. Sounds like a cross between stingers and slp
