Transmission Speed Sensor

Anyone know what the Motorcraft P/N for the sensor? Where exactly is it on the tranny?

Thanks, I just went to O'Reilly and ordered a new sensor and picked up a Chilton's while I was there. Looks pretty easy. Should any transmission fluid come out when I change the sensors?

If you do lose any fluid I wouldn't think it'd be much, I'm pretty sure that sensor is higher than the fill plug is. I know if you pull the driveshaft out you'll sometimes get a little fluid so I'm guessing the tailshaft housing does retain a little bit so I'd have a drain pan under there just in case.
