I Post Entirely Way Too Much

I usually get(on the highway) like 334 miles before the gaslight comes on and it will take about 13.5-13.7 gal to fill it back up at that point so its about 24mpg highway now with an auto but I use to get like 26+mpg no problem. But its really not a big deal bc I dont drive the mustang all the time. So some ppl will claim "there is no loss" in the city that May be true but on the highway it will go down a bit bc the rpm range @ a given speed say 75mph will be higher with 4.10s vs stock 3.27s. And some people say "if you care about mileage get a prius" (crap like that). Some ppl are concerned about it though bc their stang may be their daily driver so its a valid question to ask bc its not just a toy for everyone situations vary.

I say 4.10s only because 4.30s are not on there. I have 4.30s and a 5 spd and average 18mpg city and 22 highway.

I know a guy who owns a Bullitt who has tried 3.73's, 3.90's, and 4.10's. In his opinion, he feels the 3.90's are the best gear for a dd that likes to occasionally go to the track. He currently has 3.90's as his set up on a full bolt with a 100 sht of nitrous.

don't you run out of gear with 4.10's like right after 100 mph? like 105?
personally i think the 4.10's are a bit steep (if they actually do top out around 105) so i voted 3.90's. a little bit of whine never hurt nobody!
