Well that sounds like a hell of a deal for that cheap...doubt i would be able to find something for that cheap though. I see in your sig you got lca's...you think they were worth it?

somebody made a good point in looking into a tubular K member...
you will for sure need that for a turbo set-up. i need to look into one as well for myself. i think i may give UPR a try

My vote is the Plenum/Tb. I just installed the Plenum/spacer on my car last week, i already had a 70mm TB and it was a fun fairly easy install. The Stack unit is a nice quality piece for way less than an Accufab. I did not notice any bog down low, seems to pull a little better now above 4k from what i can tell. Can't wait to throw on the UPD's soon then try to improve on my times..

You won't need a tune for a throttle body. Idk why yours was nothing, but it shouldn't unless there was a vacuum leak.

As far as gears, your supposed to run a higher gear (lower numerical value) with a turbo to help it spool. That's why you always see people run stock or 3.55s with a turbo.

"- QA1 K-member, A-arms, and UPR coilover kit for $645 shipped
Both include k-member, Tubular A-arms, and Coil-over kit. The QA1 also includes QA1 billet coilover fully adjustable strut and Caster/Camber plates"

I posted this a few posts back, it's a direct quote from the on3 website...all of this stuff is less than 700 bucks which to me seems like a pretty good price. Someone tell me otherwise if i should buy the parts seperate?

Also they have the MAF kit, injectors and the fuel pump you can purchase from them. I figured id just buy most the stuff from them as they seem to be good prices.

I feel like when i have the turbo both the TB/plenum and lca's would both be things that would be beneficial to have. I was just curious which one would be the most noticeable difference to have now. I would assume both parts would be good additions to a turbo set up.

And that makes sense about the gears. I'd probably wait on the gears till i got the turbo so i could keep enjoying the gears. lol makes me feel like i have more power now! haha

buy the kmember kit now and install it(get it out the way).. thats what i would do..they also charge 280 or so fo injectors you can find 42s cheaper than that in great shape and low miles used for 175-200..hell you can get 60s for 225 used. get the fuel pump now and install it to get it out the way also(well i would) no reason to do the little stuff like tb/plenum when you can get the big crap out the way...then nit pick the little stuff while you are waiting till the summer to buy the kit..

I may have left out it was the tb+plenum from accufab but 78mm is 13mm over the stock one and it definetely needed a tune.. Maybe that's not normal but it certainly fixed my car and my mpg went up.

I only had a about $350 in mine including Hawks racing pads. You can go to a parts store and get rebuilt calipers for a 96-98 Cobra for around $80-90 a piece. Pads for around $50 and rotors for about the same. I upgraded the brake hoses to goodrich braided steel ones for less than $50. But I ran the stock ones for the first few months. The brackets are cheap.

I found a deal when I bought mine. It was both calipers, brackets and pads for like 250 on ebay. Then I found a set of Brembo cross drilled and slotted rotors for less than $100. A company on ebay buys regular Brembo rotors and drills them in house. My stock brake hoses and banjo bolts worked fine. Sometimes you have to get new banjo bolts but they're are real cheap.

^ spinning is addressed by tires, where wheel hop is addressed by suspension. Relocated uppers will help a bit with weight transfer, but you, sir... need new condoms

Jazzer.... helpin' pepes with improved friction
