That depends entirely upon the options you choose. If you go with stock compression you should make slightly higher numbers than the stock 4.6 because its a 290 ci motor instead of a 281 ci motor. If you go with a high compression ratio, ported heads and cams you will be in the 300-320 rwhp range. If you go low compression ratio planning on FI later then you will make less horsepower n/a than your stock motor. Forged parts don't really increase the horsepower. But they do hold together better in high horsepower applications.

i plan on going FI in the future, as far as compression i heard different views on going low or stock compression. obviously wouldnt go high but is it that much better to go low compression? and my head work will include a port with a nice set of cams. i was hopin to hit the 300 mark before i went fi. possible at all?

It depends how much boost you plan on running. Typically you want low compression with high boost but I would say stock compression is fine for low boost like 10psi or less but I have heard of people running as high as 18psi at 10:1 CR with success.
