Plasti-Dip + Decklid

Sooo I've been reading about plasti dip lately and want to Black out my rear deck lid panel between the lights. im debating on weather doing this because the one from AM is 50$ compared to a can of 6$. Have you guys experimented this before? and it gets really hot here during the summer. would heat damage my paint?

I'd get the one from AM. Plasti dip is flat black and looks weird. IMO.

Probably not the best job but I like it I thought it would have looked ugly being flat black , but actually looks mean IMO .
