I bought my cams from him. The degrees service was $200 though, its $20 bucks cheaper if you you supply the cam gears. Much better than a few hundred for adjustable gears and still having to pay to get it degreed. The accuracy is almost the same. For a avid DIYer its a great way to install cams properly without having to invest the time and money into degreeing cams.
