Let's Talk About Alarms

So, who's running an alarm on their new edge? I think that is going to be my next investment in cars and was wondering what everyone on MM was running. Right now I'm leaning towards a Clifford, but am unsure if I want to go the extra mile and get a 2 way. Anyone have anything negative to say towards Clifford?

I have the ford premium alarm or whatever you wanna call it. it has an additional alarm box tied in just like any other brand, makes the loud chirp when you lock/unlock, but also is tied in with my factory keyless entry button which I love about it. it's also super sensitive, with it armed if you bump the steering wheel it'll go off.

anyways, check the range on 2ways. I doubt if it did go off you'd ever be close enough to it for it to actually work. I know I install oem ford remote starts, and for the 2way ones you have to be within 1000' for it to work. so if you're at the mall or anywhere other than your house/apartment, odds are it wont benefit you.
