The svt pump is ok but like some others have said.. They are now too expensive. The pumps at one time were about the only option for our cars. They provide enough fuel to get you too the 375 rwhp mark..some more, some less but average. Now if your wanting to do an upgrade, I would have to suggest getting the new Walbro 255 pump or get a GT supercar pump. There are also other pumps out there but they may require you too go with a return system. You will have to look and see what fits your goals the best.

Pump

What fuel pump would you recommend to go with my 4.75? I plan on getting new Coils soon but dont really know much about fuel systems. I need one that would be good for a supercharger 5-650hp and that I could run right now for regular old to and from work use as my daily driver. I can install a better pump without exploding my car right? Its tune dependand.? Also which Injectors would be the best? 2000 GT, MMR 4.75

Well Like I said, im only 230whp as we speak, and only plan on a 100 shot.

So I think a Focus pump or = will be more then enough for me.

Dont really need anything bigger. Dont really want to start custom modding shit either. A simple swap to that lph will be more then enough I suspect.

the svt pump will not let you down, no modification needed to your setup at all. Like people are saying, the sump is extra because you can take the pump out and use the old sump already in the tank and just replace the pumps which is a ~ total of about 1 to 3 bolts. Super easy. just make sure when you drop the tank its not full of fuel

See I want to know how they are like 300+ brand new, but people can get them for 80 bucks. It must not be a Ford OE part or maybe its like a basic focus pump and not SVT idk ... Thats just odd. Now used ones, sure why not that cheap, but new OE SVT pump ? That cheap really ?

Yeah And I cant remember how much fuel is in right now. So if I get a pump "soon" after I get it back together I may have to drive around for a bit lol

But this is exactly why I would love to just have a SVT pump. It will be more then enough pump and a simple swap. Perfect for what I need.

It's the part number tha start with 6c24 I think and ends with the AA waste one one mine and it works great:

I know that they use to pop up on ebay a bunch for about $90 for the pump only. Only reason I bought the sump+pump combo was so that I was positive I was getting the SVT pump.. and it was unopened in box
