Plasti-Dip =)

Just Plasti-Dip'd my Bullitts tonight. Not sure if I want to keep them like this just for winter or leave them permenantly. But I think they look SICKKK! I think it goes great with the Amazon Green. Let me know your opinions, Thanks!!!

Looks pretty good IMO. If nothing else, it'll help protect the wheels some during the winter from all of that salt. Car needs tint NOW! lol

Yeah one of the big reasons why i wanted to do this was for a little winterization. Roads get prettyyyy salty in PA. And as a little bonus, it looks good. As for tint, it's on the project list lol. For such a dark car it has almost no tint from factory which makes it look awkward. I swear people can see every little thing in my car. Def gotta get on that...

The first 3 wheels had 3 coats. But the last wheel we tried one thick coat, and another thin layer just to finish it up. It was mroe than enough. I might need to go back and spot-shot a few places but for the most part it covered pretty well.

Yeah being a dark color doesn't help lol. I had to get all the help I could here in Louisiana during the summer. Interior of the car will burn you...not lying. Tint helped out some. Plus it looks good!

Love the look, goes great with the paint. Tinted windows would complete the look if you ask me, even if it was light tint...

Personally I don't like the look of black wheels on anything but black. But to each his own,that's just how i feel.but i do agree on the tint,it would sway the way I feel some.

I did it to see what it looks like, to see if i liked it or not. so once i get some extra cash I'm gonna get them professionally painted

My bullitts are Plasti-Dipped too but with the polished lip. You will find out very shortly though that Plasti-Dip is a bitch to keep clean. If I didn't love the look so much, I probably would have already removed it. I've had it on for almost four months now though and I still love it.
