Headlight Seals
I keep having issues with properly sealing my headlights. I've used clear silicone to (what I thought was) completely seal any cracks. Didn't work. I also heard recently that you can throw them in the oven on low temps for a few minutes to shrink the rubber around the edges. Anybody know if that would work? And are there any other tricks I could use?

I've baked my wrx headlights to open them up and paint them
Black. Put it on 215* for 4-6 min. Then I put them back in to tacky them up and used a bead of black rtv all the way around. Never got moisture in them. Never baked mustang lights though.

moisture could be getting in from where the lights connect to the housing if it is not a good seal

let us know if you figure out how to do it right! i had a v6 and i ordered aftermarket headlights and i could not keep water out for the life of me. Thank god the only mod that the previous owner did to my car was buy and seal aftermarket headlights, he did a good job haha.

Lol ill let you know. I think I'm just going to reseal the entire housing with silicone again. Then possibly check the rear plug connection to see if that might be the problem. That would suck if it's the problem, not sure how I would fix that...
