The brakes don't even have to be applied for me to feel this. It's only under 10mph roughly, that's the only variable. Clutch, brakes, gear the transmission is in doesn't matter. I've been doing just local driving but now that I think about it it seems as though it happens after the car has heated up. I just replaced the rotors this summer which means they are still under warranty. It just sucks that I'll have to pull them to figure out which ones it is.
