Get longtube headers. They won't make your car any louder - just deeper sounding.

the drone went away with my longtubes. my car made 295hp and 310trq on dynojet. 271 and 301 on dyno dynamics. full bolt-ons and xe270's.

The car is lowered i hope there isn't clearance issues with longtubes. def going to get a new intake manifold, maybe polished. also bbk valve covers, and some little things here and there too make it look a little better under the hood. hoping to go to some shows this year. nothing fancy just to go out and check out some cars and maybe have some people dig mine. i know 6 other black mustangs in town with similar mods to mine so i want to stand out and be a little different and not just cookie cutter stuff.

the only time i hit the headers was on a speed bump. i dont go near them now. im lowered 2"

The feel is all that matters. Full Bolt-On's Trickflow Heads/Cams/Intake can make 350whp. I would think with your setup plus long-tubes you could hit 330 whp with a good tune. You should have a really nice pull top end too. I like your & your tuner's car. They look different and unique.

Im slammed in the front and with my FlowTech's I didn't loose any ground clearence and always scrape my front bumper way before my exhaust, its low enough to where I can't go over ANY speed bumps in parkin lots without the transmission hitting

Hyland Motorsports cams? Id bet they arent aggressive at all. His stuff is kind of old and forgotten stuff.

Numbers do seem low, but if you're happy with the potency of the car, that's that. You could take it down the 1/4 and find out how much better it is...

BTW, Your wheels seem large, and while I'd normally be turned off by it, I kinda like what it looks like.

in any case i was hoping for some more hp. a/f were spot on. compression tests yielded good results nothing out of the ordinary. could be the cams. might look into some comps of hitechs.

Did you do a leak down test? My engine made good compression and still had 30% leakage.

There was somebody on here selling a used set of the shm cams a couple of months ago for cheap I was advised by a few ppl here to stay away from them bc of that and the lack of specs that are found on those cams.
