My Setup So Far..
Ok so as you all know, I had recently purchased a procharger p1sc with a 2 core intercooler. I have the majority of the kit complete and only need a few couplers and clamps which isn't a huge deal. Anyway, so far I have purchased a 3.4 pulley for a very good deal and that guy previously made 10lbs with that on his p1 so I am hoping to make that or a little less. I have also went ahead and got NGK Tr6 plugs, 90mm lightning MAF, 39lb cobra injectors, and a great deal on a Tial Q bov with the 3lb spring I need. All I have a few things left to purchase like my powerpipe, belt, svt fuel pump, and some miscellaneous procharger parts. However, my question is with the 90mm lightning maf and 39lb cobra injectors, are they going to be ok for around 425 hp. I really don't see myself going any higher than that. I have read up on the maf I had purchased and realize that I may need a diablo mafia so that the sensor will read right. And my 39lb injectors will be good for 500 hp. I just want to make sure that I am in line with the info I am getting with this and I will be fine. Your guys infor would be very helpful as always!

I would buy a MAFia just to be safe. Last thing you want is to go get a tune and the MAF isnt working right. I believe its Baker whos making 600rwhp on his stock MAF with a MAFia. I think so.... you may not need the MAFia, but if it were me Id do it to be safe.
As for the powerpipe, why not just buy a stock Procharger intake? Powerpipe for a Procharger is a waste it seems. I never see them pick up any boost, as far as horsepower, I dont really think they do much. Unless you have the money to buy one, then definitley do it. For the Tial BOV, if you cant find someone to weld the flange on, just buy this Tial Blow Off Valve Adapter- TREADSTONE PERFORMANCE

Might be worth getting a boost a pump.

Why not go with a slot style maf? Has the iat integrated and is good to like 1500hp or something depending on pipe size. And my powerpipe alone picked up 2-3 psi but fits like garbage

OP, for the BAP, thats like the MAFia. Except for your fuel pump (like F8L said) but that 255lph fuel pump "may" not be enough. It could be fine, it might not, dont know if you want to take that risk. It would suck needing to pay for a re-tune although, it shouldnt cost much. You can find them used for $150. What happend with me was I made 372rwhp and my fuel pump hit max duty cycle at 5500rpm. In 1st, 2nd, gear my tuner told me its fine to shift at 6300rpm since its wrapping up so fast and my fuel rail pressure wasnt dropping to bad. But 3rd and 4th dont go past 5500rpm. Got the BAP on and $50 for a re-tune. Something to think about.

I would run a Boost a pump. Play it safe, and give you alittle room to grow if need be. Say if you got tuned on 80* weather and the fuel pump was at 95% duty cycle. Well if you get on it in 40-50* weather, chances are the cars going to be making a good amount horsepower will the cooler air, and your fuel pump will max without you knowing, run lean and throw a rod. Just for example.
I say look around on the forums for someone selling a 20 amp boost a pump they usually go for $150. Lightning MAF MAFia 255lph Fuel pump Kenne Bell Boost a Pump 39lb injectors that will be fine for a stock motor. You plan on running the MAF in a blow through setup?

lol! Thats how you learn
Blow through the air gets blown through the MAF, basically your putting it inbetween the coldside of the intercooler and the throttle body. Heres where mine is ![]() Draw through, the air gets drawn through basically. You put it before the supercharger. Which I sucks imo. Blow through is a lot better, and tuning is a lot better and easier with it. Plus incase you have an intercooler pipe that got loose and blew off, any i/c pipe BEFORE the MAF you can drive it home. If its after the MAF, the car will stall, and probably wont start up. I definitley suggest going blow through. Make life easier for you, and your tuner.

Nope you won't have too. Also make sure the iac hose is after the maf or it will never idle right

Nope thats blow through. Since the MAF is after the blower. Draw through is when the MAF is before the blower.
Mustang girl, post a couple pictures of your intercooler and intercooler piping.
