Time for a new motor... Need some opinions!

Hey guys I have been fixing this vandalized 01 gt vert for a while now. I have had a suspicious noise in the motor since I bought it and it only holds 10-12psi oil pressure at idle when it's warm. The other day one of my lifters collapsed and I believe that it was probably due to the lack of oil pressure. I found a motor with 23k on it that I am going to scoop up tomorrow unless advised otherwise on here. Once I get the j-yard motor it will be out of the car obviously and should I do a high flow oil pump or anything else while it's out? Thanks guys.

If anyone thinks my motor is fine with the 10-12psi of oil and I just have a bad lifter please let me know before I spend a ton of cash tomorrow!
