My headrest's don't do anything...what can I do?

Ok, appears the Mustang GT's have basically useless headrests that don't tilt forward, they just go up and down. When driving and you put your head back your almost looking at the roof before your head touches them. This in on a 03 GT w/ the Premium interior package. I've heard that Mach 1's and Cobra's came w/ the tilting headrests and that may fit the GT's. Can anyone confirm this or give any ideas on where to start to upgrade these things...

yes cobra's came with them but I think that it was only the 01's and termi's with the sought after seats. not sure about the mach's.

I'm trying to remove my headrests to put the 'ears' in. I can't get them out. I've used a coat hanger/hack saw blade trick. Still nothing. Any ideas while on this subject?
