I did some more research and Octane seems to have pretty good quality, not top of the line Cervini's, but good.

I also looked on ebay for a hood, and the one place selling it for $267 had a horrible reputation.

No luck finding one locally either. Apparently 99-04 stang parts are hard to come by in Indiana/northern Kentucky/western Ohio. WTF.

I think I might just end up extending the hood scoop for the time being. Plus it'll make me pretty stealthy on the street.
