Are you talking about a pushrod 302?

Oh, that's a larger bore I believe, but I'm pretty sure everything will bolt up to it. The problem is you will never be able to see the full potential of it unless you go 4V because of the restriction you have from small intake and exhaust valves on the 2V. It's very similar to the old Chevy 305. They had the worst rap for being dog engines, and for the most part they were. That's because they had to have small valves due to the narrower bore. You could run a 305 head on a 350 (but why would you want to), but you can't run a 350 head on a 305 because the valves would hit the cylinder wall.

The 347 is a 302 with a 351 crank and again, that is a pushrod engine. I don't know what the combinations are with the mod motors, but I'm pretty sure you're not going to get a 347 out of a mod. And as I said before, once you start going with the larger displacements, you need to move to a 4V head or the engine will be starving for air.

With the BOSS 302 block and the 5.0 stroker crank you will be at 5.3 liters, which is approximately 323 cubic inches.
