if you have beeing having a problem with sludge in the radiator. you might want to take a look at your heater core as well. just to be safe.

What do you mean take a look at the heater core? Got the car with the core bypassed.
Ran water lightly through the inlet side and came out the outlet. No water on floor board so i just reattached the hoses.
