my car is finaly going to the shop!

my car is scheduled to go into the shop on the 27th of june. hes putting together my engine and all that stuff because i simply dont have the time to do i with my job. he said it should take him about 2 weeks form the time he gets the car to the time its dynod and tuned. anyways heres the link to the shop that is doing my car. www.swtuning.com the guy is a wizard with the tuning and stuff and hes a super cool gy and tells shit how it is. anywyas, this means that i will hav videos and pics up here in a couple weeks. im hoping to get some good dyno vids, and then a little street action before i take it to the track. anyways wish me luck!!!

Let me know how it goes. I am going to take mine to Jim to have a tune done on it once I get the exhaust leak issues cured on the new headers. I am going to have him do a n/a and juice tune.

iwent up to th shop yesterday and hung out with him for a few hours. i really like the guy. he doesnt bullshit and tells things as they are. plus hes been doing this shit for 15 years and have heard nothing but great things about him. hes building a factory five o cobra right now. that thing is gonna be badass when its done here in a week or two. anyways i cant wait!!!

Yeah, Jim is a good guy. I have hung out there a couple of times. Helped him work on running lines on his lift before they had an open house and dyno day. He has dyno'd my car 2 different times. He calls it like it is and doesn't try to BS you. I wish he used Diablo to tune with since I already own one but will be buying a SCT tuner from him when I have him do the tuning. What time is your appointment on the 27th? I may try and swing by if you don't mind. I work just up NW Exwy a ways.

oh well im taking my car up there on the 27th. hes takin the old motor out. putting the new one together (already have everything, hes just going to assemble it since i dont have the time to) and then hes gonna out it all in and tune it and dyno it! but ill def let ya know when it comes time to dyno it cuz i want to be there really bad for that

ell its taking longer than expected. every single part is there except the head studs. something with the shippng got all fucked up and now they still dont have them. i decidd to replace every little thing on the motor. from every bolt to every hose, to everything like water pump and radiator. anyways the engine still isnt together!

i hate waiting on parts. when i did my s/c it took weeks for some parts to arrive, and all i could do was wait cause everything else was done.
