Stryker pump in, track tomorrow!
I like the Stryker Div X pump. My old SVT pump would act all crazy on shifts. It would run fine WOT but when you let of the gas for a split second to change gears it would spike pressure and the FRPS would cut the pump off to get the pressure back down but by that time i was in the next gear WOT and it would suck the fuel dry and fall on its face for about half a second then the FRPS would sense low fuel pressure and kick it back on and then it would pick up and go. So i had a half second or so hesitation at the beginning of every new gear change
This new pump does great no hesitation at all and the Nitrous is ready to go. 1000 PSI, 45mph roll in 2nd on dry pavement with BFG KDW 2's it will blow em off lol Will be going to my local track this evening around 1-2pm to get some new times. HOPING for 7.7's N/A but prob will not happen till i set my pinion angle and get a drag bag for the right rear. As for Nitrous i have no idea... I think it will go 6.9's but not with the stock clutch thats in it and i will need to tweak the suspension some before it will get there. Hoping for 7.2-7.4's though around 96-98 MPH. Would love to see a 1.5X 60 on motor and a 1.4X on spray but yet again i dont think the stock clutch will get me there. Not sure how im gonna launch the car on spray.... Either hold it about 4K or so and stab the gas fast while i dump the clutch or either hold it on the rev limiter about 6,800rpms and dump the clutch and leave the 1st foot or so on motor and soon as it pulls the rpms down into the window it will start spraying it back up. Not sure on that but im sure il have a blast either way And of course il have vids

I had to cut the top of the basket bc its a taller pump, Nick cut the bottom of his out but either will work I guess.

Yeah 7.86 with a crappy 1.66 60 foot, 89.1 mph N/A (Track was slick)
7.40 @ 94.3 with a 1.58 60 foot. Nitrous felt weak i think bottle pressure was kinda low but that was the 1st Nitrous pass ever so not bad but lots of room for improvement! FYI my other thread has all the details

It's essentially a check valve for the fuel pump. Simply, the stock ECU can't react fast enough to adapt to fast shifting when power levels are significantly higher than stock. Solution is either to get bigger injectors, bigger fuel pump, aftermarket fuel controller, change the transfer functions in the tune, or the cheap/easy way is to delete the PPRV.
Joe has a pretty good explanation here: The PPRV - Trick Tuners Forums
