suspension choices
ready to buy a few suspension parts, I do not want to change the K member so thats out of the scenario for me on my VERT. I currently have BBK lowering springs with eibach pro damper kit, but seems like she has dropped a little in the front lately. My car sees Street time I have an 88 5.0 for the track but I will run the vert just to see where its at once in a while. So what is a good street setup for the front and rear. Would like something adjustable so I can change ride hight once in a while, /really looking for some handling and street manners.

If your looking for ride-height adjustablity and improved cornering, you cannot beat a good set of CO's
![]() You should also have on your list: FLSFC's LCA's (Jazzer approved, of course!) Beyond this, you are gonna look into some bigger $$$ and live with additional NVH. Jazzer

![]() You must consider spring rates, so you get the ride/handling you like. Typcally, 300#/300# is a pretty good combo, but will get no consensus on it
