Alright so turns out I didn't have any nitrous in the bottle and that's what resulted in low ET's. I think the guys I got the bottle filled from their scale was off bc I swear it felt empty but they said it had 5lb's in it. They filled it and I sprayed it 2 times to check out my system to make sure it was working good. At the track I purged it 4 times and it never came out white but I didn't think much about it bc I knew there was no way it was empty bc I just had it filled. Ran a 7.40 then a 7.50 then a 7.77, it was surging and felt weak and only gained 5mph. So looks like they didn't fill it up all the way or their big Nitrous tank was low or something. Definitely going to have a 100% full bottle next time I go and hoping for 7.00-7.20's at 96-99 mph.

i went to get dynod and my bottle ended up being pretty low so it gave shitty numbers

Yeah bottle pressure is a HUGE factor on how much power the car makes. Just 100psi difference I can feel pretty good.
